The Feeling of Forboding...
I think I'm feeling anxious and having something like a panic attack at the moment...
I'm pretty sure the cause of the onset of my panic attack is due to my upcoming midterms and final examinations...
It's probably the trepidation I'm feeling right now of failing my exams...

Something that helps me calm down is to just drop everything for a few minutes and just go for a walk.
I'll plug in my iPod and just head out the door :)
(I feel this works the best right before an exam, no use in huddling outside an exam room with a bunch of nerve-wrecked students discussing exam material that will just make me even more anxious :3)
