I am a master of anxiety and panic attacks.
Something that helps me calm down is to just drop everything for a few minutes and just go for a walk.
I'll plug in my iPod and just head out the door :)
(I feel this works the best right before an exam, no use in huddling outside an exam room with a bunch of nerve-wrecked students discussing exam material that will just make me even more anxious :3)
