Oh! Are they the ones on Henri-Bourrassa and L'Acadie? If they are, my mom is interested in buying one. She said that buying one now (while under construction and from the builder) is cheaper because there's no profit to be made from resale or agents. As for now, we're staying where we are I think for the next year and a half-two years.
